Healing Movement

Dance and movement are some of the most effective, and accessible, ways of connecting to the heart. It helps us to express emotions and regulate the nervous system, clear our minds, be with our feelings, and connect with wisdom of the Authentic Self.

I blend my backgrounds in mindfulness, somatics, and IFS with simple and accessible movement and dance to help folks take a break from the stressors of daily living and connect with fun and joy.

Current offerings beginning August 2026 : Monthly movement sessions held virtually on the first Thursday of every month from 12-1 pm. I combine somatics, parts work, creative inquiry, and soulful music to support healing, integration, and joy. Please complete this form to get on the waitlist:
